Returns & Refund Policy

Changing your mind

If you purchase a product from us online and change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without having to give a reason.

To cancel your order, please email info@traditionalgardengrowers.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return the product to us.

Returned products should be unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure products are securely packaged when being returned.

The cost of returning an unwanted product is your responsibility.

If a product has been opened or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to check its nature and condition, we may reduce the amount of your refund to reflect any reduction in the product's value.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your product:

• arrives damaged;

• is faulty or defective; or

• is different from the product you ordered.

Please email info@traditionalgardengrowers.co.uk with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the damage or issue.

We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

If your product is faulty, damaged or was supplied incorrectly, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning it.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be made to the original payment method.

When you cancel an online order under your 14-day cancellation right, we will refund the cost of the standard delivery option you originally paid for. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the cost of the standard delivery service.

We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier where required by law. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do, you may have additional rights to a repair, replacement or refund.
